Creamy Garlic Parmesan White Short-Grain Rice
Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, this dish is the perfect side for any meal.
Ingredients:

1 cup white short-grain rice

2 cups chicken or vegetable broth

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper
-
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the rice and stir to coat with butter.

Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18–20 minutes until rice is tender.

Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until creamy.
