Spanish Rice

  • 2 cups Black Fox Brand Semi-Brown or White Rice
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 2 TBS Caldo de Pollo (chicken flavor bouillon)
  • 3 TBS oil
  • Salt & pepper (optional)


  • Blend tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a food processor until blended/smooth.
  • Brown the rice in a frying pan with oil until golden brown.
  • Add the blended tomatoes, onion, and garlic to the rice with 3 cups of water and Caldo de Pollo.
  • Bring to a boil then cover with lid, reduce heat and simmer until liquid is dissolved and rice is cooked.
