Certified Organic


We are excited to announce that we will now have Certified Organic Black Fox Semi-brown and Premium White Koshihikari rice available.

In 2016, we became Certified Organic through California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF). With our expansion of becoming Organic Farmers, we continue to strive to produce the highest quality short grain rice available.  Our Premium rice is USDA Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Vegan, and Grown Locally in the Sacramento Valley. Look for our Organic Rice in a slightly modified bag with the USDA Organic Logo.






Milling Process

When rice leaves the field it is transported to the rice dryer where is it dried and stored. Rice at this stage is called paddy rice and the hull is still covering the rice grain. Rice is then transported to the mill. When the hull is knocked off, 100% brown rice is left. Black Fox [...]
